A Letter from the In-Between
Dear You,
Embracing change is rarely easy. It often begins quietly—when something familiar no longer fits and your heart senses that a transition is unfolding.
In seasons of change, many of us instinctively tighten our grip. We hold on to routines, identities, and expectations because they feel safe. But growth often asks something different of us. It asks us to soften. To release. To open our hearts to what is becoming.
The in-between—this space between who you were and who you are becoming—can feel uncertain. Yet it is also where clarity, healing, and personal growth begin to take root. When we meet change with an open heart, we allow ourselves to listen more deeply and move more gently through transition.
An open heart does not mean fear disappears. It means choosing trust over control. It means allowing change to shape you without hardening you. It means believing that even when the path ahead is unclear, you are still being guided.
You do not need all the answers right now. You only need the willingness to stay present—to let this season do its quiet work.
This is not an ending.
It is an invitation into alignment, growth, and becoming.
With grace,
Letters from the In-Between
Reflection:
What would it look like to meet change in your life with an open heart instead of resistance?
